Fabio Saccone is an associate based in the Milan office.
Mr. Saccone’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters. He advises on issues concerning banking and financial regulations, as well as on corporate and capital markets transactions, in particular relating to regulated sectors.
Mr. Saccone joined the firm in 2005. From 2005 to 2008, he was resident in the Milan office. In 2009 he received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. In 2012, after two years of service at the
Banca d’Italia, where he worked in the unit in charge of supervising the restructuring procedures of financial and banking intermediaries, he re-joined the firm in the Milan office.
Mr. Saccone graduated with honors from Bocconi University Law School in 2004, where he received a Ph.D. in business law in 2012. Since 2006 he has been a teaching assistant at Bocconi University Law School, and subsequently, in 2010, at the Law School of LUISS University in Rome. He has authored several publications on corporate and securities matters.
Mr. Saccone has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2008. His native language is Italian, he is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
