Gerolamo da Passano is an associate based in the Milan office.
Mr. da Passano’s practice focuses on corporate matters, particularly on cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate joint venture deals.
Mr. da Passano joined the firm in 2004. From May 2004 to August 2006 he was resident in the Milan office, and from September 2007 to August 2009, he was resident in the New York office. He received a LL.M. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 2007 and an undergraduate degree,
summa cum laude, from the Law School of Genoa University in 1999. Before graduating, he worked for a year as a paralegal in the Litigation Department of Freshfields in London, and after graduating, as a stagiaire at Carnelutti, London. In 2000, he joined Allen & Overy London as a stagiaire before being transferred to Allen & Overy’s Milan Corporate Department in January 2001.

Mr. da Passano has been a member of the Bar in Milan since 2003 and a member of the New York Bar since 2011. His native language is Italian, he is fluent in English, and he is proficient in French.
