Hongki Moon is a senior attorney based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Moon’s practice focuses on international securities and corporate transactions, particularly private placements and public offerings of debt, equity and equity-linked securities of a number of Asian issuers.
Mr. Moon joined the firm in August 1999. He received a J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1999, an M.A. degree from State University of New York in 1993, and an undergraduate degree,
summa cum laude, from Yonsei University in 1990.
Mr. Moon is a member of the Bar in New York, and a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. He is a native Korean speaker.
