John V. Harrison is a senior attorney based in the New York office.
Mr. Harrison’s practice focuses on real estate law, commercial mortgage securitization and related real estate finance transactions. Mr. Harrison regularly represents lenders and borrowers in sophisticated CMBS and mezzanine lending transactions, including large multi-asset portfolio transactions.
Mr. Harrison joined the firm in 2001 and became a senior attorney in 2006. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from St. John’s School of Law in 2001 and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Fordham University in 1981. He is a recipient of the West Publishing Real Property Award.
From 1982 to 1997 he served as President of Harrison Entertainment Services, Inc. In 1999, he served as intern to the Honorable William H. Pauley, III of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Harrison is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English, and he is proficient in Spanish.
