Luigi Nascimbene is an associate based in the Milan office.
Mr. Nascimbene’s practice primarily focuses on Italian and European Union antitrust law, representing Italian and foreign companies in proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission and on appeal respectively before the Italian Administrative and European Courts.
Mr. Nascimbene joined the firm in 2005. From 2005 to 2010, he was resident in the Milan office. He graduated with honors from the State University of Milan law school in 2001. In 2004, he received an LL.M. degree from U.C. Berkeley –Boalt Hall School of Law on scholarship awarded by the State University of Milan law school. At Boalt Hall, he was also a visiting scholar, conducting research on antitrust and intellectual property related matters. Before joining the firm, he was a trainee in the law firm Baldi Venezia from 2001-2003, where he mainly focused on Italian corporate and contract law.
Mr. Nascimbene has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2006. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
