We opened the Buenos Aires office in 2009. Located in the Recoleta neighborhood of the Argentine capital, it is led by Andrés de la Cruz, the firm’s native Argentine partner.
The Buenos Aires office works with the firm’s New York-based Latin America practice, which includes more than 100 lawyers. We advise public and private sector clients in Argentina and throughout Latin America on cross-border and domestic corporate and financing transactions, including capital markets, structured finance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing and restructuring, as well as advising clients with business interests in Latin America.
