On March 11, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb partners Stephan Barthelmess and Dirk Schroeder appeared as panelist at the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht confernece. Mr. Barthelmess participated in the panel entitled "Standardization and Information Exchange Under the New Horizontal Guidelines" and Mr. Schroeder chaired on the panel that focused on warehousing solutions in EU merger control.
