Vivien Ho is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Ms. Ho’s practice focuses on corporate finance, including IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate regulatory and compliance advice.
Ms. Ho joined the firm in 2011. She received her LL.B. degree from Queen Mary, University of London in 2003.
Ms. Ho is a solicitor of Hong Kong and of England and Wales. Her native language is Cantonese and she is fluent in English and Mandarin.
