Zhengjie Xu is an associate based in the Beijing office.
Mr. Xu’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
Mr. Xu joined the firm in 2011. He received an LL.M. degree from Stanford Law School in 2011, where he served as an associate editor of Stanford Law & Policy Review, and an LL.B. degree, with honors, from Peking University Law School in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Clifford Chance in Beijing.
Mr. Xu is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is Chinese (Mandarin and Shanghainese) and he is fluent in English.
