Mr. Check's practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including domestic and international public and private securities offerings, secured and unsecured lending and mortgage and other asset-backed financing and securitization transactions.

Mr. Check joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1995. Mr. Check received a J.D. degree,
magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 1986 and an undergraduate degree,
cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1983.
