Akima Paul is an associate based in the London office.
Ms. Paul’s practice focuses on English and international commercial litigation, including litigation arising out of banking and financial disputes, professional negligence, and product liability. Ms. Paul has also published several articles on various aspects of product safety.
Ms. Paul qualified as a solicitor at Hogan Lovells in 2008 and spent time in its Paris offices in 2006. In 2005, she received a B.A. degree in Law from the University of Cambridge (Clare College) and a Maîtrise en Droit from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). She graduated from the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London in 2006 with a distinction.
Ms. Paul is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and is a member of the Bar of New York. Her native language is English. She is fluent in French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
