Boris Gelfand is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Gelfand’s practice focuses on corporate, financial and intellectual property transactions.
Mr. Gelfand joined the firm in 2009. He received a J.D. degree,
cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2009, where he was an Allen Scholar and an Article Editor for the
Annual Survey of American Law. He received his undergraduate degree with Departmental and General Honors from Johns Hopkins University in 2002. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gelfand focused on developing software in the financial services sector, first from 2002 to 2005 within JPMorgan Chase’s investment banking division, and then at Lehman Brothers' fixed income unit from 2005 to 2006.
Mr. Gelfand is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is Russian.
