Jared Gross is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Gross’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Gross joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the New York office of another law firm. Mr. Gross received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2008, where he won the Victor Brudney Prize in corporate governance and was awarded a fellowship for his work in empirical corporate finance, and an A.B. in Applied Math from Harvard College in 2003, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Between 2003 and 2005, Mr. Gross studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he completed all but his dissertation towards an economics Ph.D.
Mr. Gross is a member of the Bar in New York.
