Nefertiti J. Alexander is an associate based in the New York office.
Ms. Alexander’s practice focuses on litigation and government enforcement work. She also has experience with compensation and benefit matters, including ERISA and employment law.
Ms. Alexander joined the firm in 2010. She received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 2008, where she served as Co-Executive Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Ms. Alexander graduated, cum laude, from New York University in January 2004. From 2009 to 2010, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. From 2008-2009, she served as law clerk to the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Alexander is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
