Ms. Gesualdi's practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
Ms. Guerri’s practice encompasses most aspects of European and Italian Competition law (including abuse of dominance, merger control, restrictive practices, cartel investigations, licensing and distribution, and state aid), as well as Regulatory (telecommunications, media and energy law) and Administrative law. Ms. Guerri is Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at the School of Law of the Italian Naval Academy.
