Li Xue is a senior attorney based in the Beijing office.
Ms. Xue’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and capital markets.
Ms. Xue joined the firm in May 2006. She received an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law in 2004 and a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in 1999. From September 2004 to May 2006 she worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP Beijing office and from 2001 to 2003 at Jingtian & Gongcheng.
Ms. Xue is a member of the Bar in New York. Her native language is Mandarin Chinese and she is fluent in English.
