Meyer H. Fedida is counsel based in the New York office.

Mr. Fedida’s practice focuses on U.S. federal tax and related matters, with a particular emphasis on cross-border tax planning and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, partnerships and joint venture arrangements and restructurings.

Mr. Fedida joined the firm in 2003. He was previously resident in the London office (from 2007 to 2009 and from 2011 to 2012) and in the New York office (from 2003 to 2007 and from 2009 to 2011). Mr. Fedida received an LL.M. in taxation from Harvard Law School in 2003 (where he was awarded the International Tax Program Prize for excellence in research and writing) and a LL.B. and a B.A. in Accounting (joint degree), magna cum laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2002 (where he received the Judge T. Miller Prize for outstanding students in a joint degree program and was a member of the editorial board of the law review). He also received a B.A. in Modern and Comparative Literature from the Université de Paris III- La Sorbonne Nouvelle in 2001.

Mr. Fedida is a member of the Bars in New York and Israel (inactive). His native language is French; he is fluent in English and Hebrew and proficient in Spanish.
