Romanie Dendooven is an associate based in the Brussels office.
Ms. Dendooven's practice focuses on international corporate and financial transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Dendooven joined the firm as a summer associate in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, she was an intern in the Brussels office. In 2010, she rejoined the firm after receiving an LL.M. degree at the Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske scholar. Ms. Dendooven obtained her first degree in law from the Ghent University School of law in 2008. From 2007 through 2008, Ms. Dendooven studied at the Sorbonne University School of Law.
Ms. Dendooven is a member of the Bars in New York and Brussels. Her native language is Dutch, and she is proficient in English and French and has a rudimentary knowledge of Spanish.
