Saira Awan-Malik is an associate based in the London office.
Ms. Awan-Malik’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, banking and capital markets.
Ms. Awan-Malik joined the firm in March 2009. She received an undergraduate degree in History from Yale University in 1999, where she was awarded the Winifred Sturley Prize for English History. She read Law at Cambridge University and graduated in 2003. In 2007, she graduated from the Bar Vocational Course at Inns of Court School of Law in London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in October 2007.
Ms. Awan-Malik’s native languages are English and Urdu, and she has a basic knowledge of Russian.
