Sang Jin Han’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.

He joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2005. He was resident in Cleary’s New York office from 1996 to 2008 and the Hong Kong office from 2008 to 2014 before locating to Seoul.
