Stephanie Sun Hinderks is an associate based in the Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Hinderks' practice focuses on compensation and benefit matters, including executive compensation, the benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions, employment law and related matters.

Ms. Hinderks joined the firm in 2005. From 2005 to 2007 she was resident in the New York office. She received a J.D. degree, with distinction, from Stanford Law School in 2004 and an undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Yale University in 1999. In 2004, she served as law clerk at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania. In 2002, she served as a policy manager for the Business and Industry Advisory Council to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris, France.

Ms. Hinderks is a member of the Bars in New York and in Washington, D.C. Her native language is English, and she is proficient in French and Mandarin.
