Yana Chernobilsky is an associate based in the New York office.
Ms. Chernobilsky’s practice focuses on commercial finance, secured transactions, complex joint ventures and consortium deals, and U.S. commodities law and the regulation of derivatives.
Ms. Chernobilsky joined the firm in 2008. She received a J.D. degree from the University of Chicago in 2008, where she was a member of the Chicago Journal of International Law. She received a Masters of Arts in Economics from New York University in 2005 and an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. Chernobilsky is a member of the Bar in New York. Her native languages are English and Russian.
