Counsel to Sociedad Operadora del Tren Rapido de Guanajuato in the $1.3 billion project financing of Tren Rapdio de Guanajuato, a light rail in Mexico.
Counsel in the financing by a joint venture comprising Brisa Auto-estradas de Portugal and Companhia de Concessões Rodoviáras to take over the operation of the Northwest Parkway toll road in Denver, Colorado.
Counsel to OAO Gazprom in the Blue Stream project to construct and operate a 760 km gas pipeline from Russia to Turkey under the Black Sea, including a $2.6 billion financing involving four separate bank facilities.
