Domenico Capone is an associate based in the Rome office.
Mr. Capone's practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law. He has experience in Italian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and bankruptcy procedures.
Mr. Capone joined the firm in 2011. He graduated with honors from the Law School of the LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, in 2003. He spent a semester in Philadelphia as visiting student at the Wharton School’s Master in Business Administration (MBA), University of Pennsylvania. In 2006 he earned a post-graduate diploma in International Trade Law by the University Institute of European Studies and the International Training Centre (ILO) in Turin, Italy. In 2011 he obtained an LL.M. from King’s College in London. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Milan.
Mr. Capone has been a member of the Italian bar in S. Maria C. V. since 2006. He is a native Italian speaker, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
