Francesco De Lorenzi is an associate resident in the Milan office.
Mr. De Lorenzi’s practice is primarily devoted to corporate work, in particular mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and by-laws. He also has experience in cross-border transactions and corporate litigation, as well as in business agreements.
Mr. De Lorenzi joined the firm in 2007. He graduated,
summa cum laude, from the Law School of Bocconi University in 2003. He was a visiting researcher at the Law School of the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. In 2008, he received a Ph.D. in corporate and business law from Bocconi University. Before joining the firm, he worked as a trainee and then as an associate at the law firm Galbiati, Sacchi e Associati in Milan, where he primarily focused on corporate litigation, as well as corporate advisory.
Mr. De Lorenzi has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2006. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
