Keri Gu is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Ms. Gu’s practice focuses on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and general corporate regulatory and compliance advice.
Ms. Gu joined the firm in April 2011. She received a Post Graduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong in 2006, a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School in 2005 and an LL.M. degree from the University of Nottingham in 2005.
Ms. Gu is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Her native languages are Mandarin and Cantonese, and she is fluent in English.
