Paul Hodgson is an associate based in the London office.
Mr. Hodgson has a broad transactional practice focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance and capital markets transactions. Mr. Hodgson also advises on general corporate and commercial matters and he has experience of international litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Hodgson joined the firm in 2007 and spent time in its Paris office in 2008. He read Jurisprudence at Lincoln College, University of Oxford (Oldfield Scholar) where he graduated in 2006. Mr. Hodgson graduated from the Legal Practice Course at The Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2007.
Mr. Hodgson is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
