Eun Sang Hwang is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Hwang’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Hwang joined the firm in March 2010. He received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009, with distinction and Dean’s List in International Legal Studies. He received a J.D. equivalent from Handong International Law School in 2007,
magna cum laude, where he served as Managing Editor of the
Regent Journal of International Law and a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court team that won the Korean national championship in 2007. He received a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University in 2005.
Mr. Hwang is a member of the Bar in New York. He is fluent in Korean.
