Denise Shiu is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Ms. Shiu’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and corporate finance.
Ms. Shiu joined the firm in January 2010. She received a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005 and a B.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2002. From 2005 to 2009, she worked as an associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Ms. Shiu is a member of the Bar in New York. Her native language is English and she is fluent in Cantonese, as well as proficient in Mandarin and Japanese.
