Richard Watkins is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Mr. Watkins' practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly derivatives, international mergers and acquisitions and capital markets offerings.
Mr. Watkins joined the firm in 2011, prior to which he worked with Clifford Chance in London and Moscow from 2007. He received a law degree (LLB) from the College of Law, London, in 2007 and an MA (Oxon) following an undergraduate degree in History at the University of Oxford.
Mr. Watkins is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. His native language is English, and he speaks basic Russian.
