David Cutilli Ramsey is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Ramsey's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions. From January 2012 through February 2013, Mr. Ramsey served as internal counsel to the Prime Services and Investment Banking divisions of Barclays Capital (on secondment).
Mr. Ramsey joined the firm in 2011. He received a J.D. degree,
cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2011, where he was a McKay Scholar and a Galgay Fellow to the Honorable Burton R. Lifland of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Ramsey received an undergraduate degree, with Highest Honors, from Vassar College in 2007.
Mr. Ramsey is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English and he has a knowledge of Italian.
