Milo Molfa is an associate resident in the London office.

Mr. Molfa’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation, arbitration and international trade law. He has published in the area of international arbitration, WTO law, EU State Aids regulation and IP law.

Mr. Molfa joined the firm in 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he was resident in the Rome office. He received his degree in law, magna cum laude, from the University of Milan in October 2000, spent a semester on scholarship at the Seton Hall Law School of Newark during his last year at university (1999-2000) and gained an LLM in International Business Law with distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. In academic year 2005 / 2006 he was guest lecturer in conflicts of laws at the London School of Economics and Political Science, LL.B. course. Prior to joining the firm Mr Molfa was an associate in the Milan office of Rucellai & Raffaelli (2000-2004). Between 2005 and 2007 he worked in the London and Hong Kong office of Herbert Smith LLP, assisting multinational enterprises and financial institutions in large scale commercial and banking disputes in both Europe and Asia (2005-2007).

Mr. Molfa qualified as Avvocato in 2003 and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2006. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in English.
