Laura Prosperetti is an associate based in the Rome office.
Ms. Prosperetti’s practice focuses on corporate, banking and insolvency law, with significant experience in banking and financial regulatory matters, including payment services and consumer credit issues. Ms. Prosperetti also advises on advertising matters, including promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
Ms. Prosperetti joined the firm in August 2007. She graduated with honors from Roma Tre University in 2002 and was an Erasmus student at the University of Münster, Germany. In 2007, she received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania on a “Felice Gianani” Scholarship and a Doctorate in Italian Commercial Law from the University of Rome - Tor Vergata. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Prosperetti worked with Studio Prosperetti. She was a visiting researcher at Max Planck Institut of Hamburg and at the University of Heidelberg. Since 2002, Ms. Prosperetti has been an assistant lecturer in business law at Roma Tre University. She has published several articles on contract law and corporate law matters.
Ms. Prosperetti has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2006. She is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English and German.
