Mikhail A. Suvorov is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Mr. Suvorov’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly domestic and international equity and debt securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He has advised Russian and foreign clients in a wide range of transactions and in a variety of industries both in Russia and overseas. Mr. Suvorov also has extensive experience in Russian regulatory matters, including competition and foreign investments law matters.

Mr. Suvorov joined the firm as an associate in 2008 and previously worked for the firm as a stagiaire from 2006 to 2007 and a paralegal from 2004 to 2006. He received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2008 and a J.D. equivalent,
summa cum laude, from Moscow State University Law School in 2006.
Mr. Suvorov is a member of the Bar of New York and is a qualified Russian lawyer. His native language is Russian, he is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
