From January 19-21, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb partners Edward F. Greene, Alan L. Beller and Giovanni Prezioso appeared at Northwestern University's 38th Annual Securities Regulation Institute.
Mr. Greene chaired a session entitled "After 2010 – What's Next?: State of the Capital Markets and Implementing Regulatory Reform." Mr. Beller appeared on a panel entitled "Capital Transactions in 2011." Mr. Prezioso moderated a panel entitled "SEC Senior Staff Workshop - Division of Trading and Markets."
