Polina Tulupova is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Ms. Tulupova’s practice primarily includes cross-border corporate and capital markets transactions, such as equity and debt securities offerings, with a focus on financial institutions. Ms. Tulupova also has extensive experience advising on Russian regulatory matters, including banking regulatory, foreign investments and competition law matters.
Ms. Tulupova joined the firm as an associate in 2010 and previously worked for four years as an associate and stagiaire at the Moscow office of another reputable U.S. law firm. She received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2010 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law (2004) and a master’s in law (2006), both with the highest honors, from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
Ms. Tulupova is a member of the Bar of New York and is a qualified Russian lawyer. Her native language is Russian, she is fluent in English and proficient in French.
