Ms. He’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly capital markets and structured finance transactions. She also has experience in the formation of private investment funds.
Ms. He joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the New York and London offices of Clifford Chance. She received an LL.M degree with distinction from London School of Economics in 2004 and an LL.B degree with first class honors from Cardiff University in 2003. She graduated from the Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Law School in London in 2005.
Ms. He is a member of the Bar in New York and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Her native language is Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese) and she is fluent in English.
