Yoseph Choi is an associate based in the Frankfurt office.
Mr. Choi’s practice focuses on U.S. securities law and capital markets, including equity and debt offerings and ongoing reporting requirements in the United States.
Mr. Choi joined the firm in 2010. He received a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004 and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Harvard College in 1994. From 2004 to 2010 Mr. Choi was with Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt.
Mr. Choi is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English, he is fluent in German and has a proficient knowledge of French and Italian.
