Cleary Gottlieb is representing Ecolab Inc. (Ecolab) in the divestiture of its global surgical solutions business to Medline Industries LP (Medline) for approximately $950 million.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
