Sonya H.S. Lee is responsible for maintaining and growing the knowledge base of the real estate practice group through the promotion of information sharing, capture and dissemination of precedent and development of training tools.
From 2001 to 2005, Sonya was an associate in the New York office and her practice focused on real estate transactions, particularly structured finance, loan participation and co-lending arrangements, mezzanine lending and subordinate debt acquisitions.
Sonya rejoined the firm in 2008. Prior to rejoining the firm, she was an associate at Dechert LLP where she continued her focus on structured finance transactions.
